The biggest laughs I've had on here include:
Bolton Always - some, er, stupid fucker pretending to be a Bolton fan and predicting a Bolton win against us. The annoyance that caused was a joy to behold. I remember one WHOer from up north analysing the 'accent' of Bolton Always and explaining that he couldn't possibly really be from Bolton, because they don't say ee by gum in Bolton.
The Printer thread - I've rarely laughed so much at something on the internet. With all respect to the original poster, that was one of WHO's great gems. An enormous shame that it's now been lost to posterity.
The Network - oh, how he laughed. He'd offer the Net to anyone willing to jump in, the bait being something to do with goalkeepers or the youth team. Plenty did jump only to find the Net closing around them as they splashed and splashed against an encircling inevitability. When the Network went a bit too far, as was its wont, a spell in the sin bin would always follow.
Wind-ups just aren't what they used to be.

Couple of years back someone posted a thread saying how much they hated all the swearing and arguing on WHO, and a direct quote was:
"Just now someone got called a cunt for using a semi-colon incorrectly".
Still laugh when I think of that, don't think any sentence could sum up WHO any better.

I remember the days when WHO would have away days and bomb a random site. One time someone signed up as jadie mays cunt and was coming out with things like 'there's plenty more room in here' or something like that. I remember Tony Carr was in there too.....'putting out cones'

One evening years ago, I was at a friend's place and checked WHO for some reason. Then burst out laughing, causing the other people there to insist I showed them what I was laughing at.
Some poor sod had just signed up and done a really one of those 'Hi, I'm new here' introductory posts. When I saw it, it just had the one response.. "I hope you die you cunt.'
Strangely, no-one at my mate's place seemed to think that was very funny.
